Dana Leff Niedzielska

CEO

Dana Leff Niedzielska is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder of Sofia Bio, LLC. Previously, she was the CEO and co-founder of AbCRO, Inc. (2000-2009) a contract research organization working in Central and Eastern Europe which was acquired by a global CRO in April 2009. Dana has an MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia and a B.S. from Cornell University. She resides in Sofia, Bulgaria and serves on the Board of Directors for the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria and on the School Board of the Anglo-American School.

Lukasz Niedzielski

CFO

Lukasz Niedzielski is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Sofia Bio, LLC. Previously, he was the CFO of AbCRO, Inc. (2006-2009) a contract research organization working in Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining AbCRO, Lukasz worked at General Electric (1996-2006) in both Poland and the United States within a number of GE Finance businesses. Lukasz has a B.S. from United Business Institute in Brussels and is a candidate for an Executive MBA from the Trium Program in September 2012.

Joanna Breycheva

General Manager

Joanna Breycheva is the General Manager of Sofia Bio, LLC. She joined the company in 2009 when Sofia Bio was spun out of AbCRO, Inc. Previously, she held numerous positions at AbCRO, Inc. including Business Development Associate and Feasibility Manager for Central and Eastern Europe. Before joining AbCRO, Joanna was a sales manager at Diagnosis LLC. Ms. Breycheva has a Masters Degree in Organic Chemistry from the Universtiy of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy in Sofia, Bulgaria and a B.S. (Biotechnology) from the University of Vienna. She is a candidate for an MBA degree from the American University in Bulgaria in 2011.

Liz Leff

Business Development Director

Liz Leff is the Business Development Director for Sofia Bio. Prior to joining Sofia Bio, Liz was a Senior Manager of Business Technology and Information Science at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. In this position, she managed projects supporting various Marketing functions including the Managed Care division and the pharmaceutical sales force. She held numerous positions at Pfizer during her 10-year tenure with the company at their New York City location. Liz has a B.A. (Political Science and Business) from the University of Denver.
